These sessions are unique, bespoke and life changing. The applied combination of energy, breath work, meditaton, oils and massage cannot be matched or replicated. The results optimise personal recovery and are a catalyst for healing and leaving the past where it belongs.
I work on the whole body with intention, massage, light touch and scanning. Focusing on your head, feet, pineal gland, and meridians. I combine Reiki (at master teacher level) matamorphic technique, chakra centres, ayurvedic marma points, breath work and bio dinamic massage principles to 'release' psychological and physiological trauma.

Each unique healing session is a conversation between your body and my hands, guided by your subconscious mind. You will be calmer, sleep better and your subconscious mind will have begun to unburden itself. You will know the meaning of inner peace, why you need it and how to find it within yourself. Your skin will be smoother and more hydrated than ever before, your feet (even the most ticklish) will have begun a love afair with my hands and the breath work we do will have become your 'go to' coping mechanism.

I recommend 90 minutes for your first session. You will not need to see me more than three times within a 6-9 week period to have taken what you need.

My door is open and many of you will return not because you need to but because you want to.
Talking about energy

All human, animal and plant anatomy has numerous channels through which fluids, electro magnetic messages and information flow. These channels connect tissue and internal regulatory systems. Some are physical and visible, some are not. All result in illness when their flow or 'energy' is interrupted, blocked or not set up correctly from conception. Sometimes the blockages cross over and cause a cycle of mental and physical illness eg emotional stress. Shock and trauma can trigger tumours, strokes, skin diseases insomnia, IBS, alopecia, heart attacks, stomach ulcers and speech impediments. Emotional turmoil often leads to negative coping and escape mechanisms from eating disorders and self harming to addiction, depression and suicide. A week off work with a fist full of antidepressants and pain killers is not the answer.

The spirit needs to be guided to a time and place where the turmoil did not exist and reminded what that place feels like. The door to a new peaceful reality needs to open for the cycle to break and inner peace to exist.
